Adopted Capital Improvement Program Fiscal Years 2005 - 2010

Arlington's six-year Capital Improvement Program (CIP) identifies the capital needs of the community and indicates how these needs will be funded over the six-year period. In general, only projects that cost more than $100,000 and have a useful life in excess of 10 years qualify for funding in the CIP. The CIP is updated biennially and is subject to change with each update.

Questions about the CIP can be directed to Greg Emanuel, Engineering and Capital Projects Director, at 703-228-3120 or .
