    Affordable Units and Rental Assistance

     

    Although there is no public housing in Arlington County, the complexes listed below have been built, acquired or renovated with public funds. As a result, they must set aside units specifically for households at varying levels of affordability. Property names, addresses, and telephone numbers are listed below. For more information, view the income limits and rents.  These complexes are all privately owned and operated.  To find out how to apply, contact them directly.  Many complexes maintain waiting lists; please call before visiting.
