The Housing Planning staff provides the information needed for the County to develop effective goals and strategies to address the community's housing needs.

	Housing Data This section pulls information about data on Housing Needs, Affordable Housing Accomplishments, Multi-family Housing Stock, Average Rents, Median Family Income and Affordable Units.
	Affordable Housing Reports These reports and tools highlight County-wide and regional housing needs, polices and outcome measures.
	Summary of Housing Programs This document pulls information about housing programs throughout the budget and consolidates summary information on all housing programs in one place. The Funding Summary shows that approximately $46.8 million in funding is proposed for FY 2013 allocated to programs for efforts to preserve affordable housing and assist persons to meet their housing needs. 	Meeting the Affordable Housing Challenge: Annual Affordable Housing Targets Report for FY 2011 This report describes revisions to the County’s goals and targets including extending most of the targets to 2015, preventing/ending of homelessness; and fostering sustainable development. The report begins with an overview of housing market indicators and follows with a section for each goal, presenting baseline data, FY11 data, and notes on performance for each Target.
