The Planning Research and Analysis Team (PRAT) is part of the Arlington County Planning Division and is responsible for maintaining, analyzing, and disseminating information related to planning in Arlington County.
PRAT’s mission includes providing demographic information, including reports based on the US Census; tracking and reporting on commercial and residential development trends; and creating the official County forecast of employment and population for long-range and transportation planning.
