Senior Adult Mental Health Services :: 703-228-1700

 

Promotes or enhances independent living of people 60 years of age and older through stabilization of their mental illness or emotional disturbance. Home visits are available for people unable to leave their homes. A sliding fee scale based on income is used and insurance is billed for services. Services include:

  • Multidisciplinary evaluation of mental health issues
  • Psychotropic medication monitoring
  • Individual, group and family counseling
  • Case coordination services
  • Consultation with care providers

Eligibility

  • Residents of Arlington County age 60 and older

  • In an emergency, call 703-228-5160 weekdays or 703-558-2222 evenings and weekends and ask for the emergency mental health therapist
