Refugee Health Screening
Provides health screenings for documented refugees and political asylees living in Arlington- Screening is done by appointment only
- If you have questions or want to make an appointment for a health screening, please call 703-228-5200 between 8:30am – 5:00pm Monday through Friday
Eligibility
- Arlington resident
- Must have immigration documentation (I-94, statement of asylum granted, victim of trafficking or certain parolee documents)
- Qualifying status must have been granted within past 12 months.
How to Apply
- If DHS referral - Staff will have you complete Refugee Health Intake/Registration form and get health screening appointment for you
- If self-referral - Call 703-228-5200 and press option #4

- I-94 form or other Immigration documents verifying eligible immigration status
