Refugee Health Screening

 

  • Provides health screenings for documented refugees and political asylees living in Arlington
  • Screening is done by appointment only
  • If you have questions or want to make an appointment for a health screening, please call 703-228-5200 between 8:30am – 5:00pm Monday through Friday

Eligibility

  • Arlington resident
  • Must have immigration documentation (I-94, statement of asylum granted, victim of trafficking or certain parolee documents)
  • Qualifying status must have been granted within past 12 months.

How to Apply 

  • If DHS referral - Staff will have you complete Refugee Health Intake/Registration form and get health screening appointment for you
  • If self-referral - Call 703-228-5200 and press option #4

Documents Required 

  • Proof of address
  • I-94 form or other Immigration documents verifying eligible immigration status
