Adopted Capital Improvement Program Fiscal Years 2009 - 2014

Arlington's six-year Capital Improvement Program (CIP) is a planning document that outlines Arlington’s long range capital improvement objectives and priorities and typically includes major investments in County’s transportation, schools, and parks and recreation infrastructure. In general, only projects that cost more than $100,000 and have a useful life in excess of 10 years qualify for funding in the CIP. The CIP is updated biennially and is subject to change with each update.

Questions about the CIP can be directed to Greg Emanuel, Engineering and Capital Projects Director, at 703-228-3120.
