No matter what your level of fitness, you can set and meet your goals in our friendly, non-intimidating fitness rooms. We have six fitness rooms in area community centers that you can enjoy for a nominal, annual membership fee. The operating hours for each fitness room varies. There are many opportunities for everyone, regardless of your level, whether you are 16 or 86. Membership is good at all fitness rooms and facilities! We are into fitness, not fashion - so put on that old pair of sweats, grab your sneakers and join us. It's time for you to commit to get fit!

There are no locker rooms at this facility. |

| Langston-Brown Community Center 2121 Culpeper Street Arlington, VA 22207 703-228-5210 Fitness Center Hours | | Description Langston-Brown Fitness Center offers wide range of free weight equipment: cardio machines, Elliptical machines, rowing machines, treadmills, recumbent bikes, strength systems, Precor equipment, personal training, personal training 55+, and many more free weight equipments. | Madison Community Center 3829 N. Stafford Street Arlington, VA 22207 703-228-0441 Fitness Center Hours | | Description This fitness center offers a wealth of weight lifting, recreation leisure classes, senior personal training, and teen weight lifting. A variety of fitness equipment machines: free weight equipment, Smith system, rowing machines, treadmills, squat and leg press machine, Elliptical machines, recumbent bikes, incline benches and preacher benches. Madison Center also offers personal training for seniors 55+ throughout the year. In a separate fitness room, teens are able to take part in the fitness opportunities in the Brahma Pit.
