The Constituent Services Team provides a link between residents, visitors and employees who have problems or are seeking information and solutions in a timely and customer friendly manner.
Shannon Flanagan-Watson, assistant county manager, leads the Constituent Services Team. She manages final decision-making and long-range planning, and facilitates constituent issues interfacing with the County Board.
Ina Chandler, administrative technician, is the County's Freedom of Information Officer and assists with residents' inquiries.
Jo Ann Harrison, receptionist, provides the first point of contact with callers and visitors to the County Manager's Office.
Laiza Otero, constituent services manager, is the liaison for residents who have questions or concerns with County government.
Hilda Quinteros, executive assistant to the County Manager, handles direct constituent correspondence with the County Manager.

How can I stop the Washington Examiner from delivering the paper?
If you currently receive the Examiner and wish to stop receiving it, call the Washington Examiner at 1-800-531-1223. If you have called and are still receiving the paper, you can call the Examiner's customer service and distribution managers. Read more.
How many dogs does the County Zoning Ordinance allow me to have?
According to the County Zoning Ordinance, homeowners living in residential areas are limited to three (3) dogs. However if you live in an industrial area, you may apply for a kennel license which allows you to have four (4) or more dogs. Learn more (PDF, 85kb).
