REPORTS

MALICIOUS WOUNDING, 160221008, 3200 block of N. Wilson Boulevard. At approximately 2:30 a.m. on February 21, a male victim fell to the ground after a physical altercation and was kicked in the face. The victim was transported to Virginia Hospital Center with a possible broken nose. The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 5'8"-5'10" tall and weighed 200 lbs. He was wearing a black hat, white/gray shirt, and blue jeans.

MALICIOUS WOUNDING, 160220058, 500 block of S. Washington Boulevard. At approximately 10:55 p.m. on February 20, following a verbal argument, an Uber driver was hit with a beer bottle and a window in his vehicle was shattered by three male subjects. Justin Allen Norconk, 26, of Woodbridge VA, was arrested and charged with malicious wounding and assault by mob. Jeffery Eugene Rowe Jr., 26, of Woodbridge VA, was arrested and charged with destruction of property. Both suspects are being held without bond.
