REPORTS

PUBLIC MASTURBATION, 160225054, 5000 block of S. 14^th Street. At approximately 7:15 p.m. on February 25, a male subject was observed masturbating in public. Nathan Lewis Smith, 18, of Sterling VA, was arrested for masturbation in public, indecent exposure, underage possession of alcohol, and drunk in public.

INDECENT EXPOSURE, 160225019, 800 block of S. Harrison Street. At approximately 10:00 a.m. on February 25, a male subject was seen walking down the sidewalk naked. Donald Lee Duncan, 55, of Arlington VA, was arrested for indecent exposure and drunk in public.
