REPORTS
BREAKING & ENTERING, 161030028, 2600 block of N. Roosevelt Street. At approximately 3:35 a.m. on October 30, officers responded to the report of a breaking and entering in progress. Upon investigation, it was determined a male subject attempted to gain entry into a residence and was unsuccessful. The male subject then gained entry into another vacant house in the neighborhood. Charles Mason Bussmann, 29, of Arlington Va, was arrested and charged with burglary at night and drunk in public. He is being held without bond.
