REPORTS
BURGLARY, 2017-01040216, 600 block of S. Wayne Street. Between 12:00 a.m. on December 26 and 2:15 p.m. on January 4, an unknown subject(s) entered a residence and stole numerous items of value. There is no suspect(s) description.
BURGLARY, 2017-01040260, 2200 block of Clarendon Boulevard. Between 9:00 a.m. on December 21 and 7:00 p.m. on January 4, an unknown subject(s) entered a residence and stole numerous items of value. There is no suspect(s) description.
BURGLARY, 2017-01040308, 800 block of N. Randolph Street. At approximately 10:55 p.m. on January 4, officers responded to the report of a burglary in progress. A male suspect was kicking the front door of a vacant residence and was able to gain access. Upon arrival, officers immediately located the subject and subsequently took him into custody. James Edward Burrell, 55, of no fixed address was arrested and charged with burglary and drunk in public. He is being held on no bond.
BURGLARY, 2017-01050018, 2600 block of Columbia Pike. At approximately 1:40 a.m. on January 5, officers responded to a motion alarm. Upon arrival, units determined an unknown subject forced entry into a business. It is undetermined at this time if anything was removed from the business. The suspect is described as a male wearing black pants, black long-sleeved shirt, gray sneakers, and a black knit hat covering his face. The investigation is ongoing.
LATE BURGLARY, 2017-01050111, 4800 block of Columbia Pike. Between 11:00 p.m. on January 4 and 11:00 a.m. on January 5, an unknown subject(s) forced entry into a business and stole an undisclosed amount of cash. The investigation is ongoing.
