REPORTS


ROBBERY, 2017-09100209, 1100 block of S. George Mason Drive. At approximately 8:43 p.m. on September 10, police responded to the report of a robbery. Upon arrival, it was determined that the victim was walking in the area when he was approached by three male suspects who asked for a dollar. As the victim removed money from his person, he was assaulted by one of the suspects and his money was stolen. The suspects fled the scene on foot and a canvas of the area by responding officers was negative. Medics transported the victim to Virginia Hospital Center with non-life threatening injuries. The suspects are described as three black males between the ages of 18 to 21 with average builds.
