RECOVERED STOLEN VEHICLE, 2018-04030047, N. George Mason Drive at 2nd Road N. At approximately 10:30 p.m. on April 3, an officer on routine patrol received a License Plate Reader hit on a vehicle that had been reported stolen out of Arlington County earlier in the day. The officer activated his emergency equipment in an attempt to initiate a traffic stop, however, the vehicle continued traveling. With the assistance of other officers arriving on scene, the vehicle was successfully stopped and suspect taken into custody. Petitions are pending for the juvenile suspect.
