INDECENT EXPOSURE, 2018-05080221, 600 block of N. Glebe Road. At approximately 5:41 p.m. on May 8, police were dispatched to the report of an indecent exposure. Upon arrival, it was determined that the victim was walking in the area when he witnessed the male suspect masturbating inside of his vehicle. Brian Srey, 29, of Arlington, VA, was arrested and charged with Indecent Exposure.
