REPORTS
ROBBERY, 2019-10310195, 1100 block of S. Hayes Street. At approximately 3:48 p.m. on October 31, police were dispatched to the report of a robbery just occurred. Upon arrival, it was determined that the victim was sitting at an outside table when he was approached by the three suspects, one of whom asked the victim a question and sat down with him. The victim began walking away when the suspects followed him and asked for his phone. The victim declined and placed his phone in his pocket, however, one suspect then threatened him. The suspects then stole his phone, before fleeing prior to police arrival. The suspects are described as three black males, 5'7-5'9 and 13-16 years old. The investigation is ongoing.
INDECENT EXPOSURE, 2019-10310211, 1200 block of N. Veitch Street. At approximately 5:02 p.m. on October 31, police were dispatched to the report of an exposure. Upon arrival, it was determined that at approximately 4:13 p.m., the victim was walking in the area when the suspect pulled up beside her in his vehicle and attempted to ask her for directions, however, the victim continued walking. The suspect pulled up alongside the victim a second time and attempted to start conversation, while exposing himself to her. The suspect fled in his vehicle prior to police arrival. The suspect is described as a Middle Eastern male, wearing a dark colored turban, driving an older model white or lightly colored 4-door sedan. The investigation is ongoing.
BURGLARY, 2019-10310264, 3500 block of 16
th Street S. At approximately 8:38 p.m. on October 31, police were dispatched to the report of a burglary just discovered. Upon arrival, it was determined that between 2:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m., an unknown suspect(s) gained entry to a residence rummaged through items and stole items of value. There is no suspect description. The investigation is ongoing.
PEEPING, 2019-10310278, 4000 block of Washington Boulevard. At approximately 10:17 p.m. on October 31, police were dispatched to the report of a peeping. Upon arrival, it was determined that the victim was inside her residence when she observed the unknown male suspect outside her window. The suspect is described as a black male, over 6 feet tall, in his 50's, wearing blue sweat pants and a black jacket with a hood. The investigation is ongoing.

10/31/19, VA VGU4478, 2017 Chevrolet Malibu, Silver900 block of N. Randolph Street
