REPORTS


VEHICLE TAMPERING, 2019-09050036, 1500 block of S. George Mason Drive. At approximately 4:24 a.m. on September 4, police were dispatched to the report of a person tampering with vehicles. Upon arrival, it was determined that the unknown suspect was observed by a witness allegedly pulling on door handles and attempting to gain access to vehicles and entered one unlocked vehicle. Arriving officers located the suspect in the area, based upon the information provided in a lookout, and he was subsequently positively identified. Nothing was reported stolen from the vehicles and no damage was reported. Mouad Haizoun, 23, of No Fixed Address, was arrested and charged with Tampering with Vehicle (x3) and Entering or Setting in Motion Vehicle.
