REPORTS


SEXUAL BATTERY (late), 2020-12210184, 4200 block of Fairfax Drive. At approximately 6:03 p.m. on December 21, police were contacted regarding the late report of a sexual assault. Upon calling the victim, it was determined that at approximately 4:00 p.m., the victim and suspect both exited a bus when the suspect engaged the victim in conversation asking her if she needed directions. The suspect then reached out and touched her breast, then left the area on another bus. The suspect is described as a Black male, 27-29 years old, slim build, approximately 160 lbs. and 5'10", with short dread lock hair, wearing a black mask, black jacket, and black jeans. The investigation is ongoing.
