REPORTS

ROBBERY, 2020-12260096, 1100 block of S. Hayes Street. At approximately 5:47 p.m. on December 26, police were dispatched to the report of a robbery by force. Upon arrival, it was determined that the victim was inside her vehicle using her cell phone when she was approached by two suspects, who opened the rear doors to her vehicle. Suspect One struck her with a closed fist and stole her phone and attempted to steal her purse unsuccessfully, while Suspect Two tampered with items in the vehicle. The victim yelled for assistance, at which point the suspects fled prior to police arrival. The victim sustained minor injuries. Suspect One is described as a Black male in his teens, approximately 5'6", with a slim build,  wearing a dark colored hoodie, blue jeans, and a black mask. Suspect Two is described as a white male in his teens, approximately 5'6", with a slim build,  wearing a dark colored hoodie, jeans, and a mask. The investigation is ongoing.

BRANDISHING (late), 2020-12240087, S. Four Mile Run Drive at S. George Mason Drive. At approximately 2:15 p.m. on December 24, police were dispatched to the late report of a brandishing. Upon arrival, it was determined that at approximately 1:27 p.m., the victim as driving in the area when the suspect vehicle pulled alongside her, then attempted to speed up to get in front of her. Both vehicles were stopped at an intersection when the suspect attempted to block in the victim's vehicle. The suspect exited his vehicle, approached the victim's window, brandished a firearm at her, and began saying profanities. The suspect then returned to his vehicle and fled prior to police arrival. The suspect is described as a tall, slim, male with brown skin, 45-50 years old, wearing a white long sleeve shirt and clean shaven. The vehicle is described as a blue Honda Odyssey with Virginia license plates. The investigation is ongoing.

MISSILE INTO OCCUPIED DWELLING, 2020-12240099, 4600 block of 9^th Street S. At approximately 3:56 p.m. on December 24, police were dispatched to the report of destruction of property. Upon arrival, it was determined that the victims were inside a residence when they heard a loud noise and observed an object had been thrown at a window, causing it to break. There is no suspect(s) description. The investigation is ongoing.

UNLAWFUL ENTRY, 2020-12250008, 1400 block of 28^th Street S. At approximately 2:28 a.m. on December 25, police were dispatched to the report of an unlawful entry. Upon arrival, it was determined that between 10:00 p.m. on December 24 and 1:36 a.m. on December 25, an unknown suspect(s) gained entry to the victims residence. Nothing was reported missing from the residence. There is no suspect description(s). The investigation is ongoing.
