REPORTS


ROBBERY, 2020-06170012, 3000 block of Columbia Pike. At approximately 1:24 a.m. on June 17, an officer was flagged down by the victim stating they had just been robbed. The investigation determined that the victim had exited a business when two unknown suspects approached him. One of the suspects struck the victim with an object appearing to be a firearm, causing him to fall to the ground. The suspects searched the victim's person and fled the scene without taking anything from the victim. The victim was transported to an area hospital with minor injuries. During the course of the investigations, officers conducting follow-up at the business were informed that approximately ten minutes prior to police arrival, two suspects had entered the business, brandished firearms and threatened an additional victim. The victim attempted to prevent the suspects from entering the back of the business, however, they pushed past him and rummaged through items. Nothing was reported stolen. The victim sustained minor injuries that did not require medical treatment. The suspects are described as two black males, wearing black hoodies, black jeans and blue masks. The investigation is ongoing.

BURGLARY, 2020-06170070, 900 block of N. Stuart Street. At approximately 10:20 a.m. on June 17, police were dispatched to the report of a possible burglary. Upon arrival, it was determined that the victim was alerted to unauthorized use of her credit cards and subsequently determined that between 1:00 a.m. and 8:45 a.m. on June 17, an unknown suspect(s) gained entry to a residence and stole the victim's wallet. There are no suspect(s) description. The investigation is ongoing.
