REPORTS

MALICIOUS WOUNDING (Late), 2022-03230086, 200 block of S. Carlin Springs Road. At approximately 8:46 a.m. on March 23, police were dispatched to the late report of an assault. Upon arrival, it was determined that at approximately 11:40 a.m. on March 22, the three juvenile subjects allegedly stole the victim’s property, pushed him to the ground and struck him multiple times. The victim sustained non-life threatening injuries and was transported by a guardian to an area hospital for medical treatment. A petition was sought for one of the subjects. The investigation is ongoing.

MALICIOUS WOUNDING (Late), 2022-03230204, 2500 block of N. Harrison Street. At approximately 6:29 p.m. on March 23, police were dispatched to the late report of an assault. Upon arrival, it was determined that between approximately 3:00 p.m. and 3:20 p.m., the four juvenile victims were in the area when they were approached by a group of four juvenile suspects. Two of the suspects brandished BB guns, made threatening statements, and struck one of the victims with a pellet. No injuries were reported. The suspects are described as White males. The investigation is ongoing.

ROBBERY, 2022-03230234, 300 block of N. Glebe Road. At approximately 8:57 p.m. on March 23, police were dispatched to the 4100 block of 3^rd Road N. for the report of a fight just occurred. Upon arrival, it was determined that the victim was walking near an establishment in the 300 block of N. Glebe Road when he was approached by the unknown male suspect. The suspect demanded that the victim give him money, and when the victim refused, the suspect struck him multiple times before he fell to the ground. The suspect then fled the scene on foot. The victim sustained serious but non-life threatening injuries and was transported to an area hospital for medical treatment. The suspect is described as an older Hispanic male, approximately 5’7”, carrying a red and black bag. The investigation is ongoing.  

ROBBERY (Late), 2022-03230249, Unit block of N. Bedford Street. At approximately 9:51 p.m. on March 23, police were dispatched to the late report of a breaking and entering. Upon arrival, it was determined that approximately 30 minutes prior, the victim returned to a friend’s residence and observed the unknown male suspect inside. The suspect exited the residence and the victim followed him outside, during which a brief struggle ensued.  The suspect struck the victim several times before fleeing the scene on foot. The investigation determined that the suspect stole an undisclosed amount of cash from inside the residence. The suspect is described as an unknown race male with a bulky build, approximately 5’10” – 6’0”, wearing a black ski mask, black hoodie, black gloves, black pants and black shoes. The investigation is ongoing.
