REPORTS
ATTEMPTED UNLAWFUL ENTRY, 2023-08010247, 2900 block of S. Glebe Road. At approximately 9:51 p.m. on August 1, police were dispatched to the report of suspicious circumstances. Upon arrival, it was determined the victim was inside her residence when she heard a noise and upon investigation, observed the male suspect attempting to force entry into the home. The suspect then fled the scene on foot. Officers canvassed the area for the suspect yielding negative results. The suspect is described as a white male with an average build, approximately 5’7”, with curly hair wearing a red hoodie, white shirt and black jeans. The investigation is ongoing.
