REPORTS
UNLAWFUL ENTRY, 2023-12190213, 500 block of 15th Street S. At approximately 7:49 p.m. on December 19, police were dispatched to the report of trespassing. Upon arrival, it was determined the victims returned to their unoccupied home and located the male suspect inside. The suspect then left the residence. A lookout was broadcast and officers canvassed the area for the suspect yielding negative results. The suspect is described as a skinny-build Black male in his 20’s or 30’s with facial hair wearing a yellow hoodie, red jacket and black hat. No items were reported stolen from the home. The investigation is ongoing.
BURGLARY (Late), 2023-12190120, 3400 block of Potomac Avenue. On December 19, police received an online report for a burglary. It was determined between approximately 2:09 a.m. and 3:00 a.m. on December 16, the unknown suspect made entry into the residential building and stole electronics from a shared common area before leaving the scene on foot. There is no suspect description. The investigation is ongoing.
UNLAWFUL ENTRY (Late), 2023-12190223, 1600 block of S. Eads Street. At approximately 8:48 p.m. on December 19, police were dispatched to the report of trespassing. Upon arrival, it was determined on December 11 and December 19, a witness entered the unoccupied residence and located signs of entry being made into the apartment by an unknown suspect(s). There is no suspect description(s). No items were reported stolen from the home. The investigation is ongoing.
