REPORTS
CARJACKING, 2023-01300249, 400 block of 23rd Street S. At approximately 10:14 p.m. on January 30, police were dispatched to the report of a stolen vehicle. Upon arrival, it was determined the male victim was attempting to reverse out of a parking space when Suspect One exited the suspect vehicle, approached the victim, brandished a firearm, threatened him and demanded his vehicle. The victim exited his vehicle and Suspect One and Suspect Two entered. The suspects then fled the scene in the victim’s stolen vehicle at a high rate of speed with the suspect vehicle, occupied by Suspect Three and Suspect Four, following. Suspect One is described as a Black male with a slim build, approximately 5’9” tall, wearing black clothing and a black ski mask. Suspect Two, Three and Four are described as Black males wearing black ski masks. The victim’s vehicle is described as a white BMW with Virginia license plate VFY2988. The suspect vehicle is described as a black sedan. The investigation is ongoing.
BURGLARY (late), 2023-01300201, 1500 block of S. George Mason Drive. At approximately 5:15 p.m. on January 30, police were dispatched to the late report of a burglary. Upon arrival, it was determined between approximately 7:15 a.m. and 5:15 p.m., an unknown suspect(s) forced entry into the residence and stole firearm and electronics. There is no suspect(s) description. The investigation is ongoing.
UNLAWFUL ENTRY (Late), 2023-01300178, 6600 block of Little Falls Road. At approximately 1:22 p.m. on January 30, police were dispatched to the late report of a breaking and entering. Upon arrival, it was determined at approximately 12:50 a.m. on January 22, three unknown juvenile male suspects entered the building and displaced items before leaving the scene on foot. No items were reported stolen or damaged. The three suspects are described as White males, approximately 16-18 years old, 5’5”-5’7” tall. The investigation is ongoing.
