REPORTS

ROBBERY, 2023-07060009, 3500 block of Wilson Boulevard. At approximately 12:45 p.m. on July 6, police were dispatched to the report of a robbery by force. Upon arrival, it was determined the male suspect entered the business and allegedly began concealing merchandise when an employee confronted him. The suspect then made threatening statements and threw merchandise at the employee. The suspect fled the scene on foot with the stolen items and was subsequently located in the area by responding officers and taken into custody. Kevin Singleton, 39, of Arlington, Va. was arrested and charged with Robbery and Public Intoxication. He was held without bail.

PEEPING, 2023-07060281, 5500 block of Langston Boulevard. At approximately 11:10 p.m. on July 6, police were dispatched to the report of a suspicious person. Upon arrival, it was determined the victim was inside the residence when he heard a noise and upon further investigation, observed the male suspect standing outside of the home. The victim exited the home and confronted the suspect during which the suspect began walking away and subsequently left the scene in a vehicle. The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, approximately 5’6’, 200 pounds, 40-50 years old, wearing all dark clothing. The suspect vehicle is described as a silver sedan. The investigation is ongoing.
