REPORTS
NARCOTICS VIOLATION, 2024-10230219, N. Highland Street at 10th Street N. At approximately 9:41 p.m. on October 23, a patrol officer observed a vehicle displaying an improper registration and conducted a traffic stop. During an inventory search of the vehicle prior to towing, officers recovered suspected narcotics including cocaine, amphetamine/methamphetamine and a large quantity of marijuana, drug packaging/distribution materials, and a large sum of cash. Chris Fleming, 29, of No Fixed Address was arrested and charged with Possession with Intent to Distribute Cocaine, Possession with Intent to Distribute Amphetamine/Methamphetamine, Possession with Intent to Distribute Marijuana and issued a summons for Improper Registration.
BURGLARY (late), 2024-10230140, 1100 block of Wilson Boulevard. At approximately 1:28 p.m. on October 23, police were dispatched to the late report of a breaking and entering. It was determined at approximately 3:45 a.m. on October 23, the male suspect forced entry into the business, stole alcohol and subsequently fled the scene. The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 25-35 years old, 5’7”, 140 pounds wearing a long-sleeved t-shirt, jeans and a hat. The investigation is ongoing.
