REPORTS

BRANDISHING, 2025-02200182, 5100 block of 7^th Road S. At approximately 9:35 p.m. on February 20, police were dispatched to the report of a brandishing. Upon arrival, it was determined the female victim was inside her vehicle parked in front of a residential building when the male suspect allegedly approached and engaged in a dispute over parking. The suspect then struck the vehicle’s windshield, causing property damage, and briefly walked away. The male victim then exited the residential building and confronted the suspect who subsequently made threatening statements and brandished a firearm before entering the residential building. No injuries were reported. Responding officers located the suspect inside the building and took him into custody. During the course of the investigation, a firearm was recovered. Cameron Sabir Beach, 31, of Arlington, Va. was arrested and charged with Brandishing and Destruction of Property.

UNLAWFUL ENTRY, 2025-02200139, 200 block of N. Thomas Street. At approximately 5:19 p.m. on February 20, police were dispatched to the report of a burglary in progress. It was determined the two male suspects made entry into the basement of a residential building before fleeing the scene. The suspects are described as unknown race males, one wearing pink pants and a blue sweatshirt. The investigation is ongoing.

LARCENY FROM AUTO (Series) (Late), 2025-02200023/2025-02200036/2025-02200041, 2000 block of Columbia Pike/2100 block of Columbia Pike/1200 block of S. Courthouse Road. At approximately 6:33 a.m. on February 20, police were dispatched to the late report of a larceny. It was determined between approximately 9:00 p.m. on February 19 and 6:00 a.m. on February 20, the suspect(s) stole the tires and rims from four vehicles in the area. No other damage was reported. The victim vehicles vary in make and model. There is no suspect description(s). The investigation is ongoing.
