Fiscal Affairs Advisory Commission (FAAC)

The Fiscal Affairs Advisory Commission (FAAC) is a citizen commission appointed by the County Board to provide independent review of the County Manager’s Proposed Budget and other financial issues of the County, and shall provide advice to the County Board on fiscal issues. FAAC operates under a charge(PDF, 13KB) adopted by the Arlington County Board. Members of FAAC also serve on other committees, such as the Committee on Program Performance, Public Facility Review, and the Long Bridge Advisory Committee.
