Zoning Ordinance Committee (ZOCO)

The Zoning Ordinance Committee (ZOCO) of the Planning Commission provides comments and recommendations on Zoning Ordinance amendments. Members of the ZOCO are Planning Commission members.

The public may observe the meetings, but participation in the discussion is limited to Committee members unless otherwise recognized by the ZOCO Chair. Although ZOCO agenda items are not public hearings, the ZOCO Chair customarily reserves time after the Committee's discussion has concluded. Public comment must be associated with agenda items and may be provided either by in-person or virtual attendees. Advance registration to speak is not required, and attendees who wish to provide public comment can indicate there interest to do so on the meeting sign-in sheet (in-person) or in the Microsoft Teams chat (virtual).

For meetings when the ZOCO Chair is unable to reserve time for public comment, written comments may be provided online

2025 Meetings
