Sign Up to Speak at a Transportation Commission Public Hearing

Transportation Commission hearings are conducted as a hybrid of in-person session and participation through Microsoft Teams.

• Speakers participating through Microsoft Teams must pre-register online or by phone no later than 5 p.m. the day before the scheduled hearing to allow enough time to arrange your session. (A sign-up sheet will be available in the meeting room for those attending in-person.)
• Registered speakers will receive an email with further instruction.
• Speakers will join the meeting via Teams (accessible through a web browser or the free app), or, via a phone line to provide their comments.
