SUBJECT: Acceptance and approval of: 1) Second Amendment to Public Parking Development Agreement and 2) Amended and Restated Deed of Easement, both by and between Avalon Columbia Pike, LLC and The County Board of Arlington County, Virginia, related to public parking spaces in a garage on property identified as Columbia Center Condominium, RPC Nos. 32-006-031, 32-006-032, 32-006-033, 32-006-034 and 32-006-035.
SUBJECT: Transmission Right-of-Way Agreement between the County Board of Arlington County, Virginia, and Virginia Electric and Power Company, doing business in Virginia as Dominion Energy Virginia, for the installation and maintenance of underground transmission lines under two parcels owned by the County Board adjacent to South Eads Street, RPC #37-037-061 and RPC #37-037-065.
SUBJECT: Ordinance to amend, reenact and recodify Chapter 14.2 (Motor Vehicles and Traffic) Section 14.2-12A of the Code of Arlington County, Virginia to permit the use of photo speed monitoring devices in highway work zones and school crossing zones to issue civil penalties as allowed for in the Virginia State Code 46.2-882.1.
SUBJECT: Ordinance to amend, reenact, and recodify Chapter 26 (Utilities) A. An Ordinance to repeal, reenact, and re-codify Article II of Chapter 26 (Wastewater Pretreatment) of the Code of Arlington County, Virginia, as Chapter 26.1 (Wastewater Pretreatment), to be effective February 1, 2022. B. An Ordinance to amend, reenact, and recodify Chapter 26 (Utilities) of the Code of Arlington County, Virginia, to be effective February 1, 2022.
