NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BALLSTON QUARTER COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY will meet in a special meeting on January 23, 2024 at 2100 Clarendon Blvd. at 3:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as matters may be heard, to consider a resolution authorizing a Tender and Exchange of the Ballston Quarter CDA Revenue Bonds, Series 201A and related transaction and documents.  This meeting is open to the public in person and by live stream at www.arlingtonva.us or cable stations Comcast Xfinity channels 25 and 1085 and Verizon FIOS channels 39 and 40.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE COUNTY BOARD OF ARLINGTON CO., VA, on January 20, 2024, at 2100 Clarendon Boulevard, Suite 307, Arlington Virginia 22201 in a meeting at 9:00 A.M. or as soon thereafter as matters may be heard, will consider the following cases, after offering the public an opportunity to be heard in a public hearing.

Members of the public may participate virtually and in person. Notice is hereby given that on TUESDAY, JANUARY 2, 2024, at 6 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, in County Board Room 307, 2100 Clarendon Blvd. Arlington VA 22201, the Arlington County Board will hold its Organizational Meeting and will take action on the following matters:  election of Chairman and Vice Chairman; adoption of 2024 Meeting Schedule, Meeting Procedures, including Annual Budget and Tax Rate(s) hearings, and Tie Breaker Resolution; appointments to regional bodies and other groups; Chairman’s Address; remarks by Board Members; and concluding activities.
