NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF ARLINGTON CO., VA, on June 8, 2022 in a virtual meeting at 7:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as matters may be heard, will consider the following cases, after offering the public an opportunity to be heard in a public hearing. The public may attend the virtual meeting via live stream at www.arlingtonva.us, YouTube and local cable stations on Comcast 25 & 1085 and Verizon FiOS 39 & 40. Members of the public may participate virtually and in person. U-3612-21-1 USE PERMIT for Shirlington Investments LLC for a four-story multifamily residential building with 30 units in the C-2 and RA14-26 zoning districts under ACZO §6.1, §6.2, §7.1, §7.17, §10.2, §15.4. SP #65 SITE PLAN AMENDMENT for N2M Kids, LLC d/b/a Primrose Schools to allow the conversion of approximately 16,526 square feet of retail gross floor area to an institutional use in the C-O zoning district under ACZO §3.2.6A.4, §7.1, §7.13, §12.2.4.C & §15.5 Property is approximately 274,078 sq. ft. SP #167 SITE PLAN AMENDMENT for JBG Smith to add new elevators with outdoor entrances for the existing parking garage in the existing courtyard at 2121 Crystal Drive in the C-O-1.5 zoning district under ACZO §7.1, §7.11, §15.5.  Property is approximately 322,901 sq. ft.; located at 2121 Crystal Drive (RPC# 34-020-234, -233). Property is approximately 7,652 sq. ft.; located at 6430 27th Street North (RPC# 01-045-001).  Modifications of zoning ordinance requirements include modifications as necessary to achieve the proposed development plan. Applicable Policies: GLUP: “Low” Residential (1-10 Units per Acre)

U-3489-17-1 USE PERMIT Amendment for Kinhaven School child care center expansion for up to 51 children in the R-5 zoning district under ACZO §5.7 & §15.4. Property is approximately 65,000 sq. ft.; located at 915 N. Oakland St. (RPC# 14-039-001; -002; -003).  Applicable Policies: GLUP: Semi-Public.

U-3617-22-1 USE PERMIT for Zafar Khan for a use permit for a vehicle service establishment in the C-3 General Commercial zoning district under ACZO §7.1, §7.19, §12.2.5, §12.5.28, and §15.4.  Property is approximately 28,557 sq. ft.; located at 3298 Wilson Boulevard (RPC# 19-012-019).  Applicable Policies: GLUP “Service Commercial”, GLUP Note 12 "Clarendon Revitalization District" and Clarendon Sector Plan Update.
