Public Farewell of Chair Libby Garvey

This farewell will take place during the Board’s Recessed Meeting, estimated to begin at 4PM with a reception to follow. This will be Chair Garvey’s final Recessed County Board meeting. She concludes a collective 28 years of public service, with a little over 15 years on the Arlington Public Schools Board followed by nearly 13 years on the County Board.
