T and U Visas Policy

T and U visas are crucial tools to combat international human trafficking. T and U visas make it safe for victims with uncertain immigration status to work with law enforcement to identify perpetrators and traffickers, and to assist in prosecution.

The Office of the Commonwealth’s Attorney for Arlington County and the City of Falls Church welcomes requests for I-918 (“U Visas”) Supplement B and I-914 Supplement B (“T Visas”) certification.
