Housing Options and Resources

Continuum of Long-Term Care

Most people prefer to remain in their home and communities as they age, but sometimes additional supports are needed to age in place successfully. Sometimes these additional supports are provided in the home, such as home-delivered meals, mental health, personal care services, transportation, and much more.  Other times people may prefer or need to move to another setting as they age.
