Arlington County Government offices and services are operating on modified schedules for the Thanksgiving holiday, Thur., Nov. 28 and Fri., Nov. 29, 2024.
As part of a new Lighting Pilot Program for Parks in Urban Areas, the lights in this park will stay on until 11p.m.
The park is filled with exciting features including a multi-purpose court, rain garden, flexible-use lawn area, and a children’s play area, complete with a colorful climbing wall. Natural landscaping includes 144 newly planted trees and an array of attractive pollinator plants. Mosaic Park’s entryway and an interactive water feature are both illuminated with sustainable LED lighting.
Mosaic Park received the Best New Facility Award from the Virginia Recreation and Park Society in 2020.
