Memory Screenings
Henry Tran MD and his staff at Sana Research, in partnership with the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America’s National Memory Screening Program, offers free one-on-one memory screenings to the 55+ community. They will also discuss the results of the screening, provide tips, and refer you to a neurologist if needed. Must pre-register for an individual appointment.
