Black History Mystery

Follow along with "Sam Sandiego", a fun-loving spy who wants to help you discover the hidden, historic gems in Arlington. Your mission is to use the clues from Miss Sandiego and the interactive map on the right to locate a different landmark and snap a selfie! 

Use the first clue below to move through the entire scavenger hunt at your own pace. When you get to the correct location, you will find a yard sign with the Sam Sandiego logo and a QR code to scan for the next clue in the series. There are a total of 8 special locations to find!

Submit your answer on each page in order to receive your Historian Detective certificate once the scavenger hunt is completed.

Signs will be up until end of day Sunday, March 3. Don't miss out on the search!
