The Youth Ultimate League of Arlington (YULA) is an independent sports league that offers high school boys and girls the opportunity to learn the sport of Ultimate Frisbee — encouraging hard work, respect for others, teamwork and leadership — and to play the sport competitively in local, regional and national games and tournaments. Teams are generally school-based.

Ultimate Frisbee for High School Students

Registration is now open for the spring season of high school Ultimate Frisbee. All skill levels are welcome, from newbies to experienced. The Youth Ultimate League of Arlington (YULA) is an independent sports league that offers high school boys and girls the opportunity to learn the sport of Ultimate Frisbee and to play the sport competitively in local, regional and national games and tournaments.  The most important goal is to have fun. Teams are generally school-based, and the coaches are experienced players. Outdoor practices start in September.
