Receive full salary and benefits while attending the Northern Virginia Criminal Justice Academy where you will earn certifications in corrections, court security/civil process and law enforcement upon graduation.

• Overtime compensation
• Shift differential: paid to full-time employees who work the evening shift
• Uniforms and equipment: furnished
• Vacation: full-time employees eligible for accrued vacations as follows:
  • 13 days after one year
  • 16 days after three years
  • 19 and one-half days after six years
  • 16 days at 12 years or more
• Military leave: up to 15 working days with pay each year, provided the employee has completed six months of service
• Holidays: approximately 10 paid each year
• Sick leave: full-time employees earn four hours of sick leave for each two-week pay period (13 days per year)
