Arlington County Sheriff’s Office Introduces K9 Uniforms
Published on October 21, 2024
ARLINGTON, Va., October 21, 2024 — The Sheriff’s Office is excited to announce a new uniform for our ACSO K9 handlers. The updated uniform is designed to provide unity with our local law enforcement partners and comfort and durability for our handlers. The new uniforms have been distributed to Corporals Zajkowski, Camardi and McCabe and they began wearing them today.
Each of these staff members have stepped up and taken on K9 assignments in addition to their current workload. Balancing additional duties can be challenging, but their commitment, hard work and teamwork attitude are appreciated.
“I am excited to see growth within our office and look forward to providing more opportunities in the future,” says Sheriff Jose Quiroz. “K9’s Logan, Hope and Weaver will be out and about in the community, so please say ‘hi’ if you see them.”
