NVLAA Workshops

The Northern Virginia Local Arts Agencies (NVLAA) is a collaboration of Alexandria’s Office of the Arts, Arlington Cultural Affairs, and ArtsFairfax to offer arts organizations throughout the Northern Virginia region free professional development workshops and opportunities for networking.

NVLAA launched in the fall of 2022 with virtual workshops for arts and cultural organizations, artists, and arts administrators. The topics included data and storytelling, e-commerce basics for artists, and business plan creation.

The 2024-2025 professional development offerings will cover topics such as gallery and agent representation, cultural intelligence, arts marketing insights, creating content in a digital world, and more.

All workshops are available for free and require advance registration.
