Eligibility Considerations
  • Insurance is not necessary.
  • You do not need to live in Arlington to receive services.
  • An eligibility determination is provided prior to admission to Family Planning. (We do same-day eligibility.)
  • Fees will be based on a sliding scale according to income.
  • We accept Medicaid and Plan First.

Documents Required: 

  • There is no income limit, but proof of income (such as a pay stub) is needed to decide the sliding scale fee.
  • One picture ID.
  • Insurance card or FAMIS or FAMIS Plus card, if applicable.

Family Planning Clinic Hours 

Appointments are required for Family Planning services, and are scheduled in the time periods listed below.

Monday   3 p.m. – 5:20 p.m.
Tuesday 9 a.m. – 11:20 a.m.
 Wednesday  8 a.m. - 10:20 a.m. First and Third Wednesday of the Month
2:30 p.m. – 4 p.m.
Thursday   3 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
 

Walk-in pregnancy testing:

Mondays: 8 a.m. - 11 a.m.
Tuesdays: 1 p.m. - 4 p.m.
