For women of child-bearing age we offer:

Well woman exams
Basic GYN Care
Variety of Family Planning options, (birth control pills, Depo Provera shot, Nuvaring, implant, IUDs, fertility awareness methods, condoms)
Pap smear/cervical cancer screenings
STI Screening
Emergency contraception
Pregnancy Testing
Mammogram referrals
Preconception Care
Immunizations
Healthy Lifestyle Education
Referral to other affordable health care agencies

We also include services for men and teens.

Care available for all sexual orientations.

Insurance is not necessary.
You do not need to live in Arlington to receive family planning services.
An eligibility determination is provided prior to admission to Family Planning. (We do same-day eligibility.)
Fees will be based on a sliding scale according to income.
We accept Medicaid and Plan First.

Documents Required:

There is no income limit, but proof of income (such as a pay stub) is needed to decide the sliding scale fee.
One picture ID.
Insurance card or FAMIS or FAMIS Plus card, if applicable.
