We support a variety of programs to ensure housing choices are available for people of all income levels. Our Housing Information Center can answer questions and provide information on a wide range of housing services including tenant-landlord issues, fair housing, affordable housing, rental assistance and first-time homebuyer programs.
Programs and resources are available to help low-income individuals and families find affordable housing in Arlington. The Housing Division also provides information for tenants and landlords, and offers mediation referral services to help resolve tenant-landlord disputes.

First-time homebuyers may qualify for free homeownership classes, low-interest home loans, and assistance with down payment and closing costs. Other services include low-interest loans and grants to fund home improvements and repairs, and free foreclosure prevention counseling.
