Crossman Run Stormwater Improvements

The Crossman Run watershed is one of the critical watersheds identified for stormwater capacity improvements. The watershed includes the Arlington-East Falls Church Civic Association near the intersection of N Sycamore St and Lee Highway.

An initial project to improve capacity at 24th and Rockingham was constructed in 2017.  Additional phased system improvements are being developed, included enlarging the stormwater pipes under Langston Blvd and adding additional detention in the watershed to divert water from the higher risk locations.
