As part of the Museum of Contemporary Art Arlington’s (MOCA) 16th annual Día de los Muertos celebration, Arlington Cultural Affairs commissioned Arlington artist Claudia Olivos to work with artist Robin Bell to explore the Día de los Muertos theme in visual form with a site-specific projection entitled Fiesta de los Ancestros. The artwork was projected onto the façade of MOCA and combined color, patterns and imagery that were representative of this traditional celebration.
