STAR Focus Area Engagement - Open House
Arlington Transit is seeking community feedback to help inform potential service recommendations for as part of the STAR operations contract process.
- Please join Arlington County staff at a drop-in style Open House on Wednesday, January 31 from 6:30-7:30 pm at Central Library.
Through this engagement you will be able to:
- Check out the results of the fall 2023 STAR Rider Feedback opportunity and see how that feedback helped identify four service focus areas for additional feedback.
- Share your feedback on service features like travel zones, payment options, same-day trips as well as potential new features.
Feedback from this engagement, along with operational data, will help inform potential service recommendations as part of the STAR operations contract process.
For those unable to attend the in-person Open House on January 31, project materials and an online feedback form will be available on the project page after the meeting.
