Go Paperless with Your Account

Click through these three easy steps to set up paperless billing:

Step 1 - Create a Customer Service Portal Account

Step 1: Create a Customer Self-Service Portal (CSS) Account

To "Go Paperless" you must first register your utility account for online access. If you already have online access, skip to Step 2.

To register, you will need:

  • Your account number--use only the first 12 digits (as your account number likely consists of 13 digits).
  • The last name exactly as it appears on your bill.
  • Create a 7-10 character password (including 1 upper case letter and 1 number; no special characters).
  • Your full email address.

Step 2 - Log in to Your Account

Use your email address and the password you created to login here.

Step 3 - Set Paperless Billing Preference

Step 3: Set Paperless Billing Preference

Once logged in, click on the "Account" tab located in the upper left of the blue ribbon.

Select Paperless Billing Preferences, check the box for paperless billing, and "Submit Change" as shown below.
